We only collect what is needed to run the app: your expense entries, account email (if you sign in), and basic device metadata for diagnostics. Receipt images are processed on-device wherever possible.
Your data is used to power your expense history, budgets, and insights. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
Data is stored on your device and synced to a secure backend if you sign in. Backups are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Voice and camera permissions are requested only when you tap the microphone or scan a receipt. Recordings are used solely for transcription and extraction, then discarded.
We use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand crashes and usage patterns. No personally identifying content is sent.
You can export or delete your data at any time from the app's settings. For anything else, email [email protected].
We may update this policy as the app changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
